already when entering the living area you notice that this was not planned according to standard. the deliberately set-apart living area reaches an extraordinary room height of around 3,20 m. in addition there is an impressive, around 5,25 m wide glass front. the large lift-and-slide door with 2,50 m height and the other generous glazing open the living space towards the terrace, garden and landscape. the result: lots of light, lots of space and a living feeling that is difficult to convey in photos.

a clear line was also pursued visually. the high-quality, flush-mounted windows are black inside and out. electric venetian blinds in the living area as well as electric roller shutters in the other rooms were also executed in black. even in the bedroom an corner window was deliberately used as an architectural accent.

this semi-detached house also relies on quality technically. built in solid brick construction with 25 cm brick masonry and 20 cm external thermal insulation composite system, equipped with an air heat pump and comfortable underfloor heating, it offers a solid basis for contemporary and energy-efficient living.

the semi-detached house is offered in shell condition and thus offers the possibility to finish the still open surfaces and fittings according to your own ideas.

and outside? that has already been thought much further through.

the generous covered terrace in solid construction extends the living area outdoors. the pool including pool technology shaft is already present, the generous solidly built carport offers space for 2 to 3 cars and an additional cellar replacement room creates valuable storage space.

even in front of the house many of the works are already done: forecourt and driveway are asphalted, the access is finished with porcelain stoneware slabs.

auch optisch wurde eine klare linie verfolgt. die hochwertigen, außen bündig ausgeführten fenster sind innen wie außen schwarz. elektrische raffstores im wohnbereich sowie elektrische rollläden in den übrigen räumen wurden ebenfalls in schwarz ausgeführt. selbst im schlafzimmer wurde mit einem eckfenster bewusst ein architektonischer akzent gesetzt.

auch technisch setzt diese doppelhaushälfte auf qualität. errichtet in massiver ziegelbauweise mit 25 cm ziegelmauerwerk und 20 cm wärmedämmverbundsystem, ausgestattet mit luftwärmepumpe und komfortabler fußbodenheizung, bietet sie eine solide grundlage für zeitgemäßes und energieeffizientes wohnen.

die doppelhaushälfte wird belagsfertig angeboten und bietet damit die möglichkeit, die noch offenen oberflächen und ausstattungsdetails nach den eigenen vorstellungen fertigzustellen.
