Es ist in einem guten Zustand, wurde querisoliert. Hell und freundlich zeigt es sich durch die hohen Decken. Alle Anschlüsse sind vorhanden und zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Brunnen. Dieser wurde jedoch schon lange nicht mehr genutzt.
