Not far from Unterwaltersdorf and only about 20 minutes by car from the city boundary of Vienna or Eisenstadt, lies the wonderful, dreamlike lake of around 90.000 m² in a beautifully green setting and in absolute tranquillity with plenty of privacy. The lake has an average depth of approx. 2,5 m to 4 m and has drinking water quality. The entire area is private and therefore not publicly accessible.

Due to the size of the lake, various options for sporting activities are available, such as swimming, diving, surfing or boating. The flat shoreline is ideal for bathing, also suitable for children. The gentle terrain also creates optimal conditions for walkers and joggers. In winter too, there are various options for active leisure, because the calm water forms a load-bearing ice surface under suitable weather conditions with the possibility of ice skating.

Unterwaltersdorf is a locality and a cadastral municipality in Niederösterreich, only about 20 minutes from the Vienna city boundary, the town of Baden or Eisenstadt. The village lies one kilometre east of Ebreichsdorf at the junction of Leitha Straße with the state road L168. West of the village centre, the Fischa flows through the place. Ebreichsdorf is next door and offers a very good infrastructure and transport connections. All shopping facilities for daily needs, schools, kindergartens and medical care can also be found in the immediate vicinity.

Unterwaltersdorf ist eine Ortschaft und eine Katastralgemeinde in Niederösterreich, die nur ca. 20 Minuten von der Wiener Stadtgrenze, der Stadt Baden oder Eisenstadt entfernt ist. Das Dorf liegt einen Kilometer östlich von Ebreichsdorf an der Kreuzung der Leitha Straße mit der Landesstraße L168. Westlich vom Ortskern durchfließt die Fischa den Ort. Ebreichsdorf liegt nebenan und bietet eine sehr gute Infrastruktur und Verkehrsanbindung. Sämtliche Einkaufmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf, Schulen, Kindergärten und medizinische Versorgung sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden.
