The first project in Wels received several VerkehrsClubÖsterreich awards, as well as a recognition at the OÖ. Holzbaupreis, and also won the EnergieStar 2021. Therefore HYGGE Wohnen is hardly comparable to conventional residential projects – because it is more a way of life than “just an apartment”.
