In northwestern Hungary, in 2800 Tatabányai, approx. 60 km from Budapest there is a ca. 60 ha large commercial area in mixed-use form, with connection to the M1 motorway for sale.
This plot is located on the site of a former marl quarry and is suitable for development with mixed residential, commercial, recreational and industrial use, with a focus on innovative forms of living and working.

Smaller residential and office complexes as well as large-scale industrial uses are also conceivable.
A possible project development must include the installation of utility branches for the future development plots.
Urban mixed-use area
The new green spaces are concentrated around the centre of the lake basin and are intended to offer high-quality recreational and leisure facilities in a clean, inspiring green environment.
