The heart of the equestrian facility is a riding arena of approx. 800 m², which enables year-round riding regardless of weather and season. Directly attached is a stable building with 6 boxes and sufficient space for hay storage; the total area of the stable building including boxes is approx. 150 m². A total of ten generous boxes are available for the horses – six large indoor boxes and four large outdoor boxes and a horse washing area. The offer is complemented by eight paddocks as outdoor parking places as well as extensive turnout paddock areas outdoors of approx. 10.000 m², which provide plenty of exercise. The access road around the arena, boxes and lounge is continuously asphalted, which guarantees comfortable accessibility even in bad weather. For visitors and users there are 3 to 4 outdoor parking spaces available. The facility also includes a cozy lounge with a small forecourt / terrace and its own, separately accessible WC.

The stable building, riding arena, all outdoor areas, the lounge, the boxes, horse washing area, the parking spaces as well as the access areas are rented or leased as a complete package. Operating costs already include electricity, water, waste disposal, insurance, winter service, property tax, mowing of the outdoor areas as well as administrative costs. Optionally, there is also the possibility to have straw or bedding provided.

Herzstück der Reitanlage ist eine Reithalle mit ca. 800 m² Fläche, die ganzjähriges Reiten unabhängig von Wetter und Jahreszeit ermöglicht. Direkt angeschlossen ist ein Stallgebäude mit 6 Boxen und ausreichend Platz für die Heulagerung; die Gesamtfläche des Stallgebäudes inklusive Boxen beträgt ca. 150 m². Für die Pferde stehen insgesamt zehn großzügige Boxen zur Verfügung – sechs große Innenboxen und vier große Außenboxen und ein Pferdewaschplatz. Ergänzt wird das Angebot durch acht Paddocks als Freiabstellplätze sowie durch weitläufige Koppelflächen im Freien von ca. 10.000 m², die reichlich Auslauf bieten. Rund um Halle, Boxen und Stüberl ist die Zufahrt durchgehend asphaltiert, was eine komfortable Erreichbarkeit auch bei schlechtem Wetter gewährleistet. Für Besucher und Nutzer stehen im Freien 3 bis 4 Parkflächen zur Verfügung. Zur Anlage gehört zudem ein gemütliches Stüberl mit kleinem Vorplatz bzw. Terrasse sowie einem eigenen, separat zugänglichen WC.

Vermietet bzw. verpachtet werden Stallgebäude, Reithalle, sämtliche Freiflächen, das Stüberl, die Boxen, Pferdewaschplatz, die Parkplätze sowie die Zufahrtsflächen im Gesamtpaket. In den Betriebskosten sind Strom, Wasser, Müllentsorgung, Versicherung, Winterdienst, Grundsteuer, Mäharbeiten der Außenflächen sowie Verwaltungskosten bereits enthalten. Optional besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, Stroh bzw. Einstreu bereitstellen zu lassen.
