In 1220 Vienna three high-quality single-family houses were built in ecological solid brick-construction. The houses have a living area of approx. 110 m² (above ground).

The three single-family houses each consist of a basement, a ground floor with conservatory, an upper floor and an attic with two south-western roof terraces. The area of the house entrance was protected by a pergola. Each single-family house is assigned a private garden, which is separated by a chain-link fence. On the east side a car parking space was created for each building.

In addition, terraces (exit, conservatory, living) were assigned to the respective building in the ground floor zone. In the basement there are two cellar rooms and a technical room. The living area including kitchen, WC, anteroom and a conservatory is located on the ground floor. The upper floor is accessed via the staircase, with a bathroom/WC and two bedrooms. For cozy warmth there is a underfloor heating which is fed by an air heat pump.

Donaustadt is the 22nd Vienna district and is located north of the Donau and with an area of 102,34 square kilometres is the largest Vienna district. Around 184.000 inhabitants live in Donaustadt. The district still has the most development potential as there are still many fields and meadows. Along the subway lines U1 and U2 the district has already developed very urban characteristics and is therefore perfectly connected to the Vienna city centre. Donaustadt is known to many through TV shows like "Kaisermühlen Blues". Since the production of this show much has changed, however.

In 1220 Wien wurden drei hochwertige Einfamilienhäuser in ökologischer Ziegelmassiv-Bauweise errichtet. Die Häuser haben eine Wohnfläche von ca. 110 m² (oberirdisch).

Die drei Einfamilienhäuser bestehen jeweils aus einem Kellergeschoss, einem Erdgeschoss samt Wintergarten, einem Obergeschoss und einem Dachgeschoss mit zwei südwestlichen Dachterrassen. Der Bereich des Hauszuganges wurde durch eine Pergola geschützt. Jedem Einfamilienhaus ist ein Eigengarten zugeordnet, welcher durch einen Maschendrahtzaun abgetrennt wird. Ostseitig wurde pro Gebäude ein KFZ-Abstellplatz errichtet.

Des Weiteren wurden Terrassen (Ausgang, Wintergarten, Wohnen) dem jeweiligen Gebäude in der Erdgeschosszone zugeordnet. Im Kellergeschoss befinden sich zwei Kellerräume und ein Technikraum. Der Wohnraum samt Küche, WC, Vorraum und einem Wintergarten befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Das Obergeschoss wurde über das Stiegenhaus erschlossen, mit einem Bad/WC und zwei Schlafzimmern. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich ebenfalls ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Dachterrassen.

Für wohlige Wärme sorgt eine Fußbodenheizung, welche von einer Luft-Wärmepumpe an gespeist wird.
