Consider area and task together
Which areas are to be offered with which task? A mere square metre figure describes neither special accesses nor the concrete task. Use a suitable plan or an authorised site inspection to assign the intended areas unambiguously.
The administration should not present quantities as professionally measured if they were only taken as rough estimates. If a reliable determination is required, it will be commissioned appropriately. The same applies to the suitability of particular procedures and materials.
