The release in the property system is the start of the transfer. For a good first impression you should then also check the property as actually visible. This procedure is aimed at Austrian providers with an established connection to Immosearch. It describes a quality check and not a guarantee for a specific transmission duration.
Start with a clearly identifiable property
Choose an active property whose data and selection of images your team knows. Note the property identifier in the leading system and the last confirmed change status. It is best to check a concrete example for which price, location and contact person are already clarified. Several simultaneous test changes make fault-finding unnecessarily difficult.
The publicly described Immosearch connection adopts property data and photos from suitable CRM connections. The prerequisites and the process differ depending on the system. [S1] Therefore first check whether the intended property is actually approved for this connection. A general connection to the office does not automatically mean that every property should be published.
Open the public result
Call up the relevant property page. If your CRM offers a direct portal link, check the target before passing it on. Otherwise use the known public listing link or the portal search. This guide does not assume a particular label or a tab identical across every CRM.
Assess the result from the point of view of an interested person: Does the title fit the property? Do location, property type, price and the essential area details match? Are unfamiliar or differently defined entries presented in an understandable way? An obvious contradiction should be clarified first, rather than being covered up by a second differing portal description.
Don’t just count images
Look at the first image, the order and the assignment. Do subjects and descriptions match? Are the floor plan and photos intended for publication? Remove private information already in the approved original version if it does not belong there. A stock image must not pretend to show the actual condition of the offered rooms.
The number of transferred images alone does not prove a good output. An outdated title photo can also be included even when the full number is present. Therefore note the specific discrepancy with property identifier and time. A screenshot for internal review should not contain unnecessary personal information.
Check contacts and profiles factually
Check whether the listing is assigned to the correct contact person and the correct company. The advertising page describes company and personal profiles. [S1] In the text we call the latter people profiles, because a contact person does not necessarily have to hold the same professional role.
Check whether name, function and contact details match the approved status. A missing portrait is not replaced with an invented person’s picture. If necessary, carry out a coordinated internal role check. A genuine enquiry to a provider is not sent unsolicited just for testing; the visual inspection of the form should be distinguished from that.
Correct discrepancies at the source
If the data comes from the CRM, correction should in principle start where the authoritative information is maintained. Document the change and check the same public page again later. Avoid repeatedly turning things off and on without an apparent reason; that will not automatically explain an assignment problem.
If an expected transfer is not yet visible, note release time, system and property identifier. When contacting support, state the specific observation instead of a presumed cause. For technical portal questions use the general contact route, while property enquiries according to the contact page belong to the form of the respective property. [S2]
Pass on the checked link
Only when the essential information matches should you hand over the link for website, e-mail or social media. Record which version you checked when and which points are still open. A later price or status change requires an appropriate check again; the first quality check is not a permanent approval of all future changes.
