If required, a nice office area with a view into the production hall of 300m² or a total of 600m² in the building can be rented.

Note according to the Energy Performance Certificate Presentation Act: An energy certificate has not yet been submitted by the owner or seller, after our clarification about the generally applicable obligation to present it, as well as request for its preparation. Therefore, at least an overall energy efficiency corresponding to the age and type of the building is deemed agreed.
