The broker's commission is 3% of the purchase price + 20% VAT.

Hallo, heute stell ich mich kurz vor. Ich bin das besondere Lofthaus  am Dürrsee. Vor ca. 15 Jahren wurde ich mit viel Liebe zum Detail erbaut. Es wurde dabei sehr viel Wert auf hochwertige Materialien gelegt.

Und nun freue ich mich schon sehr auf neue Eigentümer, die mich weiterhin schätzen und pflegen.
