Some seek happiness in distant countries. Others find it directly on the Mieminger Plateau – in the form of four charming terraced houses in a most beautiful location: south-facing, sunny, carefree.

You don’t live here – you vacation here in everyday life.
Coffee on your own sun terrace? Sure.
Home office with a view? Included.
Space for children, pets, home workouts or a spontaneous dinner with friends? More than enough.
In short: Whoever lives here always has a spot in the sun – and the best one at that!

Why “Sonnendeck”?

Because each of these houses…

• … bows to the sun and faces south
• … is supplied with an air heat pump and an (optional) photovoltaic powerpack
• … offers so much storage space on the ground floor that everything finds its place elegantly and tidily
• … is located in a spot where supermarket, school & co. are practically around the corner
• … comes with 2 parking spaces (1x carport for 17.500 €, 1x outdoor parking space for 5.250 € – both mandatory, but you park like a VIP)

The rooms? Smarter than the AI

Ground floor:
Here you live with style. The open living area extends outdoors with a terrace and garden – a real sun deck from breakfast to the end of the day.

Upper floor:
Three bedrooms for sweet dreams. And a studio that can be anything: home office, reading nook, play paradise, chill zone… you decide. And thanks to the gable roof even with an extra portion of airiness and lightness – your creativity is called for here!

Ready for the sunny side of life?

Then call Beate Struggl – she knows how to make dreams come true and has the key to do so. And maybe you’ll soon say too: “My home? Yes.”
