Should you wish to acquire your apartment in the 10th year after moving in, you can buy your apartment at the current market value. This is determined by an expert. The non-reduced financing contribution will of course also be credited in this case.

From the 11th year after the start of the rental contract, no purchase is planned any more, but you can continue to rent your apartment relaxed and open-ended on unchanged conditions.

Should you not be convinced of your apartment after all, which we actually do not assume, you can move out at any time with a 3-month notice period to the end of the month, provided the one-year waiver of notice has expired. Your remaining financing contribution will be returned to you.

Ab dem 11. Jahr nach Mietvertragsbeginn ist kein Kauf mehr vorgesehen, Sie können Ihre Wohnung jedoch entspannt und unbefristet zu unveränderten Konditionen weiter mieten.

Sollten Sie von Ihrer Wohnung doch nicht überzeugt sein, wovon wir eigentlich nicht ausgehen, können Sie jederzeit mit einer 3-monatigen Kündigungsfrist zum Monatsletzten wieder ausziehen, Ablauf des einjährigen Kündigungsverzichts vorausgesetzt.
