For sale are 2 fantastic apartments in the heart of the city centre of Palma. They can be sold together or separately. Each of the apartments is approx. 200 m² large.
The price for both apartments is 1.600.000 €.

The apartments are located high up, have a great view of the Rambla and are flooded with light.
Above the apartment there is a 45 m² large veranda, which offers the possibility of building a "small apartment" or a duplex and can possibly be connected to the main apartments.

The apartments face the main street La Ramblas, as can be seen in the facade photos. Each apartment has 5 to 6 windows facing the main street. If you combine the apartments, you have 11 windows that face the Paseo de La Rambla.. One of the apartments has a rear wide inner courtyard, so that the back rooms also have natural light. The other apartment is located opposite another street, so that a lot of light also comes in.

The plans of both apartments are attached.

There is currently no lift in this building, but there is a project to build one.
