Smart Stick - Living in the Smart City

The project Smart Stick is not only a place to live but a place to feel good. To be able to use the tram line with direct connection to the city center at no extra cost, the Klimaticket Steiermark will be provided free of charge to all residents of the Smart Stick upon rental. With the ticket, not only the city of Graz with its infrastructure is available to you, but you can also explore the green heart of Austria from the Dachstein to the Südsteiermark as you please.

If a car is ever needed, residents of the Smart Stick have the option to rent a car via a car sharing model located right opposite, allowing them to get from A to B cost-effectively and flexibly. To protect your own vehicle from the weather, underground parking spaces are offered in Smart Stick, which can be rented additionally. Bicycle parking spaces are also available.

Not only the project itself but also its location convince with optimal infrastructure and local supply: you can easily do your shopping on foot. The good connection to the city center also opens up numerous other leisure opportunities and cultural offerings.
