The building was completely renovated taking into account the old construction style and consists of 4 floors.
The brick ceilings are traversed by wooden beams. The floors are either tiles of the „cotto fiorentino“ type or parquet.
The buildings are roofed with bricks of the „Mönch und Nonne“ type.

An outbuilding of approx. 30 m² is attached to the main house (boiler room, storage room and oven).

Das Gebäude wurde unter Berücksichtigung der alten Bauweise vollständig saniert und besteht aus 4 Stockwerken.
Die Ziegeldecken sind mit Holzbalken durchzogen. Die Böden sind entweder Fliesen des Typs „cotto fiorentino“ oder Parkett.
Die Gebäude sind mit Ziegelsteinen des Typs „Mönch und Nonne“ eingedeckt. 

An das Haupthaus ist ein Nebengebäude mit ca. 30 m² angebaut (Heizraum, Abstellraum und Backofen).
